Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Victoria AI receptionist service provided by EverLabs Software Ltd. By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

Victoria answers calls, takes messages and (on higher plans) assists with business tasks, per the plan you choose. We aim for accurate, reliable handling but Victoria is an automated assistant and may occasionally mishear or be unable to help with a request — in which case she takes a message.

Plans & billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance, in GBP, plus VAT. Annual plans are billed yearly.
  • Rolling monthly — no long tie-in. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
  • Prices shown (£149–£499/month) are current at the time of writing and may change with notice.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information for Victoria to use, and the right to divert your number to the service.
  • Ensure your callers are appropriately informed that calls may be handled by an automated assistant and may be recorded/transcribed, as required by law.
  • Use the service lawfully and not for spam, harassment or unlawful content.

Availability

We work hard to keep Victoria available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; telephony and third-party outages can occur. We are not liable for calls missed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost business from a missed or mishandled call).
